We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to be part of our dynamic sales team.

✨ What You’ll Do:
🔹 Own the full B2B sales cycle – lead gen to closure
🔹 Conduct product demos & collaborate with cross-functional teams
🔹 Manage key accounts and drive client success
🔹 Work on CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot
🔹 Analyze KPIs and support strategy with insights

✅ What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). ·
💼 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling (preferably in SaaS/IT/Fintech).
🧔 Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing enterprise deals.
👁️ Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
👁️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
👁️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
👁️ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
👁️ Experience in the Malaysian and/or Southeast Asian market is a plus.
