📝 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Group Sales – Agency Channel in Mumbai (Thane region). This is a team-handling role, responsible for guiding and managing 4–5 Cluster Managers.
🔍 Key Requirements:
✅ Must be from an Agency background with team handling experience
✅ Industry experience in Health, Life, or General Insurance
✅ Should have at least 2+ years of stability with a proven track record of performance
✅ Must have experience in Group Sales / Corporate Sales in the current or recent role
✅ Strong focus on achievements, promotions, and sales milestones
✅ Should ideally be currently working as an Agency Branch Manager or Area Manager in a competing organization
✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills (🗣️)
✅ Age preferably below 35 years (🎯)
